Our first full day at Star MegaDo 7 was filled with tons of activities at Zurich airport, thanks to the support of SWISS and Star Alliance.
Welcome our participants was the Chief Commercial Officer of SWISS, just after a beautiful breakfast on the terrace overlooking all of the planes, terminals and runways.
In the afternoon, participants got to choose from a variety of activities, including touring a SWISS 777-300ER and a Singapore A380; a tour of the SWISS operations center, including behind the scenes looks at their onboard services and technical areas; backstage airport tours; and tours of the new SWISS lounges in Terminal E.

As we wrapped up the day, the Chief Pilot for the Bombardier C Series jets explained to our participants about the technical aspects of the new aircraft and how it was a game changer for SWISS airlines.
